Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2, 2026

Terms governing website use, freight estimates, bookings and logistics services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, digital tools and logistics services provided by SHENZHEN YUJINTONG INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING CO., LTD., operating under the name YUJINTONG Logistics (“YUJINTONG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms apply to the YUJINTONG Logistics website and related online services regardless of the domain name used by YUJINTONG from time to time.

By using our website, requesting a quotation, submitting shipment information, creating a booking or otherwise engaging YUJINTONG for logistics services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to the relevant service.

1. About YUJINTONG

SHENZHEN YUJINTONG INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING CO., LTD.

Business name: YUJINTONG Logistics

Address:
1503A, Block A, Shenglong Times Square,
No. 33 Heping Road, Qinghua Community,
Longhua Street, Longhua District,
Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

Telephone: +86 151 1238 3049

YUJINTONG coordinates international freight forwarding and related logistics services from China, which may include:

  • DDP shipping;
  • air freight;
  • sea freight;
  • rail freight;
  • truck freight;
  • express services;
  • supplier pickup;
  • China warehousing;
  • cargo receiving;
  • measurement and weighing;
  • consolidation;
  • labeling and repacking;
  • palletizing;
  • export coordination;
  • customs coordination;
  • destination delivery; and
  • shipment tracking.

The exact scope of each shipment depends on the quotation and booking accepted for that shipment.

2. Relationship Between These Terms and Shipment Documents

A shipment may also be governed by:

  • a written service agreement;
  • confirmed quotation;
  • booking confirmation;
  • air waybill;
  • bill of lading;
  • carrier terms and conditions;
  • warehouse terms;
  • customs documentation;
  • insurance policy;
  • destination agent terms; or
  • mandatory national or international transport law.

If different documents contain inconsistent terms, the more specific shipment agreement or mandatory applicable law generally takes precedence over these general website Terms for the relevant issue.

A website estimate is subordinate to a subsequently confirmed quotation or booking.

3. Our Role as Freight Forwarder

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, YUJINTONG acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator arranging transportation and related services that may be physically performed by independent third parties.

These parties may include:

  • airlines;
  • ocean carriers;
  • railway operators;
  • trucking companies;
  • express carriers;
  • warehouses;
  • customs brokers;
  • port operators;
  • destination agents; and
  • final-mile delivery providers.

YUJINTONG may select, appoint and subcontract such providers as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed service.

Where YUJINTONG expressly contracts as principal for a particular service, the applicable booking confirmation, transport document and mandatory law will determine the relevant obligations and liability.

4. Website Freight Estimates

Rates displayed through Ship Now, calculators or other website tools are planning estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Website estimates may be calculated using information such as:

  • destination;
  • delivery type;
  • freight mode;
  • cargo category;
  • actual weight;
  • volumetric weight;
  • carton quantity; and
  • shipment dimensions.

An estimate does not guarantee:

  • final price;
  • available capacity;
  • carrier acceptance;
  • customs acceptance;
  • departure date;
  • transit time; or
  • final delivery date.

Before a shipment is accepted, YUJINTONG may review the cargo information and recheck the applicable rate.

5. Quotations and Rate Validity

A quotation becomes applicable only under the conditions stated in that quotation.

Freight rates may be affected by:

  • carrier pricing;
  • fuel surcharges;
  • exchange rates;
  • capacity;
  • peak-season surcharges;
  • route changes;
  • security charges;
  • customs conditions;
  • terminal charges;
  • congestion;
  • regulatory changes; and
  • other market conditions.

Unless expressly stated to be fixed for a specified period, rates may change before booking confirmation.

A quotation applies only to the cargo, route, dimensions, weight, commodity, service scope and other assumptions used to prepare it.

A material change in shipment information may require the quotation to be revised.

6. Chargeable Weight and Warehouse Measurement

Customers must provide accurate weight and dimensions when requesting a freight estimate or quotation.

For services where volumetric weight applies, chargeable weight may be based on the greater of:

  • actual weight; or
  • volumetric weight calculated under the applicable route or carrier rules.

Final billing may be based on measurements confirmed by:

  • YUJINTONG;
  • the warehouse;
  • the airline;
  • the express carrier;
  • the ocean carrier;
  • another service provider; or
  • another authorized measuring party.

If confirmed measurements differ from information originally provided, the freight charge may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Additional and Accessorial Charges

Unless expressly included in a confirmed quotation, additional charges may arise during transportation.

Depending on the shipment, these may include:

  • storage;
  • demurrage;
  • detention;
  • waiting time;
  • re-delivery;
  • address correction;
  • remote-area delivery;
  • residential delivery;
  • oversized cargo handling;
  • overweight handling;
  • special equipment;
  • palletization;
  • repacking;
  • labeling;
  • inspection;
  • customs examination;
  • customs storage;
  • duties;
  • taxes;
  • brokerage;
  • quarantine;
  • port charges;
  • terminal charges;
  • security surcharges;
  • peak-season surcharges; or
  • charges caused by incorrect shipment information.

Where an additional cost results from circumstances outside the originally confirmed service scope, that cost may be charged separately.

8. Customer Shipment Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment information.

This includes, where applicable:

  • commodity description;
  • actual weight;
  • carton or pallet quantity;
  • dimensions;
  • declared value;
  • origin;
  • destination;
  • pickup address;
  • delivery address;
  • supplier details;
  • consignee details;
  • product use;
  • material or composition information;
  • HS classification information;
  • customs documents;
  • licenses or permits; and
  • dangerous-goods information.

YUJINTONG may rely on information supplied by the customer, supplier, exporter, importer or consignee.

The customer must promptly notify YUJINTONG if any information changes.

9. Restricted, Dangerous and Special Cargo

Customers must disclose before booking whether cargo may be dangerous, restricted, regulated or subject to special handling.

Examples may include:

  • lithium batteries;
  • chemicals;
  • liquids;
  • powders;
  • aerosols;
  • flammable materials;
  • pressurized products;
  • magnets;
  • pharmaceuticals;
  • medical products;
  • food;
  • cosmetics;
  • alcohol;
  • tobacco;
  • weapons;
  • hazardous materials;
  • high-value cargo;
  • temperature-sensitive goods;
  • oversized cargo; or
  • goods regulated by export-control or sanctions rules.

Acceptance of such cargo is subject to route availability, carrier rules, legal requirements and prior approval.

YUJINTONG may refuse, suspend or modify transportation if goods were incorrectly declared or cannot lawfully or safely be transported.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete cargo declarations may be charged to the customer.

10. Prohibited Cargo

Customers must not tender cargo whose possession, export, import, transportation or delivery is unlawful.

YUJINTONG may refuse cargo that:

  • violates applicable law;
  • violates carrier rules;
  • creates unreasonable safety risk;
  • is subject to an applicable prohibition or sanction;
  • lacks required documentation; or
  • was materially misdeclared.

Where required for safety or legal compliance, YUJINTONG may cooperate with carriers, customs authorities and other competent authorities.

11. Customs and Regulatory Compliance

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that their goods may legally be exported, imported, sold and used in the relevant jurisdictions unless a specific responsibility is expressly accepted by YUJINTONG in writing.

YUJINTONG or its partners may assist with:

  • customs documentation;
  • customs declarations;
  • HS code information;
  • duty calculations;
  • clearance coordination; and
  • communication with customs brokers.

Such assistance does not constitute legal or tax advice and does not transfer the customer's underlying legal responsibilities unless expressly agreed.

Customs authorities may independently:

  • inspect goods;
  • reclassify goods;
  • reassess customs value;
  • request additional documentation;
  • impose duties or taxes;
  • delay clearance;
  • seize goods; or
  • reject importation.

YUJINTONG does not control those decisions.

12. DDP Services

Where a shipment is quoted as DDP or another door-to-door service, the precise scope is determined by the confirmed quotation and booking.

A DDP quotation should not be interpreted as an unconditional guarantee that every possible cost, regulatory requirement or government assessment is included.

Charges or obligations not reasonably identifiable from the information supplied before booking may remain additional.

Certain countries may also require the importer, consignee or another locally established party to provide:

  • tax information;
  • customs registration;
  • authorization;
  • product documentation; or
  • other import information.

The customer must cooperate with reasonable requests necessary to complete customs clearance and delivery.

13. Supplier Pickup and Warehousing

Where requested, YUJINTONG may arrange collection of cargo from one or more suppliers.

Warehouse services may include:

  • receiving;
  • carton counting;
  • weighing;
  • dimension confirmation;
  • consolidation;
  • labeling;
  • repacking;
  • palletizing; and
  • loading coordination.

Warehouse inspection is operational in nature unless a separate quality-control service is expressly agreed.

Receipt of cargo by a warehouse does not constitute confirmation of:

  • product quality;
  • product quantity inside sealed cartons;
  • regulatory compliance;
  • authenticity;
  • commercial conformity; or
  • absence of concealed damage.

14. Transit Times

Any transit time shown on the website, in a quotation or during communications is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Transit times may be affected by:

  • carrier schedules;
  • weather;
  • port congestion;
  • flight cancellation;
  • vessel rollover;
  • customs inspection;
  • regulatory action;
  • destination congestion;
  • strikes;
  • capacity shortages;
  • peak seasons;
  • delivery appointments; or
  • other events outside YUJINTONG's reasonable control.

Estimated transit time may also exclude time required for:

  • supplier pickup;
  • warehouse receiving;
  • cargo preparation;
  • consolidation;
  • customs clearance; and
  • final delivery.

Customers should not treat estimated transit times as guaranteed delivery commitments unless a specific guaranteed product has been confirmed in writing.

15. Booking Confirmation

Submitting shipment details or clicking a website booking button does not by itself guarantee acceptance of the shipment.

A booking may remain subject to:

  • rate verification;
  • cargo review;
  • capacity;
  • documentation;
  • payment arrangements;
  • carrier acceptance;
  • dangerous-goods review; and
  • route eligibility.

A shipment is considered confirmed when YUJINTONG issues an applicable booking or shipment confirmation.

16. Booking Changes and Cancellation

Customers should notify YUJINTONG as early as possible if a shipment needs to be changed or cancelled.

Changes after booking may result in additional charges, including carrier cancellation, warehouse, trucking, documentation or storage charges.

Charges already incurred before cancellation remain payable.

17. Payment

Freight and logistics charges must be paid according to the payment terms stated in the quotation, invoice, account arrangement or service agreement.

Unless credit terms have been expressly approved, YUJINTONG may require payment before:

  • departure;
  • release of documents;
  • release of cargo;
  • customs processing; or
  • final delivery.

The customer is responsible for bank charges, currency conversion costs and other payment charges unless otherwise agreed.

YUJINTONG may suspend further services where invoices are overdue, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and contract, rights available to secure unpaid freight or charges may also apply to cargo or shipment documents in YUJINTONG's control.

18. Duties, Taxes and Government Charges

Unless expressly included in the confirmed quotation, customs duties, VAT, GST, tariffs, import taxes, anti-dumping duties and other government charges are not included in freight charges.

Where duties or taxes are estimated in advance, final liability remains subject to customs assessment.

Any difference caused by customs valuation, classification, regulatory change or inaccurate shipment information may be charged separately.

19. Cargo Insurance

Freight charges do not automatically include all-risk cargo insurance unless insurance is expressly confirmed in writing.

Customers should request insurance before the shipment is dispatched if coverage is required.

Carrier liability and cargo insurance are not the same.

Carrier liability may be limited under:

  • applicable law;
  • international transport conventions;
  • bills of lading;
  • air waybills; or
  • carrier terms.

The commercial value of the goods should therefore not be assumed to be automatically recoverable following loss or damage.

20. Loss, Damage and Claims

If cargo appears lost, damaged or incomplete, the customer or consignee should notify YUJINTONG as soon as reasonably possible and preserve all relevant evidence.

A claim may require:

  • shipment reference;
  • commercial invoice;
  • packing list;
  • photographs;
  • delivery receipt;
  • damage report;
  • packaging evidence;
  • proof of cargo value; and
  • other supporting documents.

Specific claim deadlines and liability rules may be imposed by the carrier, transport document, insurance policy, mandatory law or applicable international convention.

Failure to make a claim within an applicable mandatory deadline may affect recovery rights.

21. Third-Party Carriers and Service Providers

Transportation and logistics frequently involve independent third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, services physically performed by independent carriers and service providers may be subject to their own:

  • operating rules;
  • conditions of carriage;
  • tariffs;
  • liability limits; and
  • claims procedures.

YUJINTONG is not responsible for changing a third party's legally applicable terms or mandatory liability regime.

22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

Subject to mandatory applicable law and any more specific shipment agreement, YUJINTONG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from a shipment, including loss of:

  • profit;
  • sales;
  • market opportunity;
  • production;
  • goodwill; or
  • anticipated savings.

Liability for physical cargo loss, damage or delay may be subject to the applicable transport contract, carrier terms, mandatory national law or international convention.

Customers should obtain cargo insurance appropriate to the commercial value and risk of the shipment.

23. Customer Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer is responsible for loss, cost or liability reasonably resulting from:

  • inaccurate cargo declarations;
  • unlawful cargo;
  • undisclosed dangerous goods;
  • inaccurate customs information;
  • inadequate packaging;
  • lack of required licenses;
  • infringement caused by the customer's goods; or
  • material breach of these Terms.

This does not apply to the extent the relevant loss was caused by YUJINTONG's own liability under mandatory law.

24. Packaging

Unless YUJINTONG has expressly agreed to provide packaging services, the customer is responsible for ensuring that cargo is packaged adequately for the selected transportation method.

Packaging should be appropriate for foreseeable:

  • handling;
  • stacking;
  • vibration;
  • loading;
  • unloading;
  • temperature variation; and
  • international transportation conditions.

YUJINTONG may recommend repacking or palletization where existing packaging appears unsuitable.

Additional packing work may incur additional charges.

25. Uncollected or Undeliverable Cargo

If cargo cannot be delivered or collected because of circumstances such as:

  • incorrect consignee information;
  • refusal by consignee;
  • customs problems;
  • missing documentation;
  • unpaid charges; or
  • customer inactivity,

storage and other resulting costs may continue to accrue.

Subject to applicable law, carrier rules and reasonable notice where practicable, YUJINTONG may arrange return, storage, alternative handling or other lawful disposition of unresolved cargo at the responsible party's cost.

26. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Reasonable Control

YUJINTONG is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.

Such circumstances may include:

  • severe weather;
  • natural disasters;
  • fire;
  • flood;
  • earthquake;
  • epidemic or public-health restrictions;
  • war;
  • terrorism;
  • civil disorder;
  • government action;
  • sanctions;
  • export or import restrictions;
  • customs intervention;
  • port closure;
  • airport closure;
  • labor disputes;
  • carrier cancellation;
  • vessel rollover;
  • capacity shortages;
  • major infrastructure failure;
  • cyber incidents affecting third-party transportation networks; or
  • other comparable events.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to manage affected shipments where possible.

27. Sanctions, Export Controls and Trade Compliance

YUJINTONG may screen or review shipments where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable:

  • sanctions;
  • export controls;
  • customs laws;
  • trade restrictions; or
  • carrier compliance requirements.

We may refuse, suspend, reroute or request additional documentation for a shipment where necessary to comply with applicable law or binding carrier requirements.

28. Customer Accounts

Customers using the YUJINTONG customer portal must:

  • provide accurate account information;
  • keep credentials confidential;
  • restrict access to authorized personnel; and
  • notify YUJINTONG promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Activities conducted using valid account credentials may be treated as authorized unless YUJINTONG has been notified of a security issue.

29. Shipment Tracking

Tracking information is provided to assist customers with shipment visibility.

Tracking events may depend on information supplied by carriers, warehouses, agents and other third parties.

Tracking information may therefore:

  • update periodically rather than continuously;
  • be delayed;
  • be incomplete; or
  • differ temporarily from the latest operational status.

A displayed milestone should not be interpreted as an independent guarantee of delivery time.

30. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website, customer portal, tracking tools and Ship Now services available and accurate.

However, digital services may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • maintenance;
  • software updates;
  • hosting issues;
  • security incidents;
  • network failures; or
  • circumstances outside our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

31. Website Information

Content on our website concerning:

  • freight rates;
  • transit times;
  • routes;
  • customs;
  • duties;
  • dimensional weight;
  • documentation;
  • regulations; or
  • logistics practices

is provided for general planning and informational purposes unless expressly incorporated into a confirmed shipment agreement.

Regulations and freight conditions can change.

Customers should obtain shipment-specific confirmation before relying on website information for a commercial decision.

32. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, text, graphics, software, interfaces and original materials are owned by or licensed to YUJINTONG.

Users may use the website for legitimate business purposes related to our services.

Users may not, without authorization:

  • copy substantial website content for commercial redistribution;
  • interfere with website functionality;
  • attempt unauthorized system access;
  • scrape protected account information;
  • introduce malicious software; or
  • use our branding in a misleading manner.

33. Privacy

Personal information processed through our website or services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Customers who provide personal information relating to suppliers, consignees or other individuals should ensure they are authorized to provide that information where required.

34. Governing Law

Unless a specific service agreement, transport document or mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and general contractual matters concerning YUJINTONG's services are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Mandatory national laws and applicable international transport conventions continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

35. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

We encourage customers to contact YUJINTONG first so that operational or billing disputes can be reviewed directly.

Unless another dispute mechanism is expressly agreed in writing or required by mandatory law, disputes arising from these Terms or YUJINTONG's services may be submitted to a court having jurisdiction at the location of YUJINTONG's registered or principal place of business in Shenzhen, China.

Specific carrier or transport documents may provide a different mandatory forum for claims against the relevant carrier.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

37. No Waiver

Failure by YUJINTONG to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

38. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our:

  • website;
  • digital platform;
  • logistics services;
  • operating procedures; or
  • applicable legal requirements

change.

The latest version will be published on the website with its effective date.

Changes will not retroactively alter a shipment already governed by a separately agreed contract unless permitted by that agreement and applicable law.
